INSID 2021 (INnovation for Systems Information and Decision meeting 2021), should be held in Universidade Federal de Pernambuco – UFPE, Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, 01-03 December 2021. However, the organizing committee has decided to proceed as a fully virtual meeting again this year.

INSID meeting provides a forum for those working in developing advanced research and applications on decision making and aiding (including multicriteria and multiobjective methods – MCDM-A, and group decision and negotiation – GDN).

The event will provide a stimulating environment for the dissemination of state-of-the-art knowledge in the field of multicriteria and multiobjective methods – MCDM-A, and group decision and negotiation – GDN, and those potential works that can use those methodologies, allowing for intense discussions among participants and the exchange of ideas and critical comments for further improvement.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a possibility to publish selected papers in INSID 2021 Springer Proceedings, Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP). 

Besides the conference proceedings that will be published in a volume of Springer (LNBIP), there will be also a Local proceedings volume for authors who choose to retain copyrights to their papers.
